1 Murano 20 x 13 mm Opaque Light Amethyst 24kt Gold Heart cased with clear glass - hole top to bottom, this would make a nice pendant. Very pretty heart in striking colour combination.

The glass core of the bead is wrapped with 24K gold foil which is then encased in glass and shaped to the finished size, in some cases the gold is exposed.
