Delivery Information

We aim to ship same or next working day for internet orders paid by credit card, however we are less likely to be able to mail out same day on Mondays since this is our busiest day. Telephone, fax and mail orders take longer to process and will be mailed when possible. For cheque payments, orders are mailed following confirmed clearance.

For orders mailed using a signed for service, please ensure that there will be someone to accept the parcel at the delivery address, otherwise consider an alternative address, perhaps at work, colleague or neighbour.
Since a signature is required, please do not make delivery requests to 'leave in shed, or porch etc.'

International orders are mailed using the International Tracked Priority Mail service regardless of value. Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days within Europe and 5 days for the rest of the world.

Online order handling, packing and mailing costs are shown below:

* For large items (classed by Royal Mail as small parcels), where free postage has been applied, we reserve the right to mail using Royal Mail 2nd class or an alternative courier service.

For urgent orders, Priority Delivery is available as an option as detailed below.

£7.95 for all orders, for priority service and mailing by Special Delivery.
Note we will make every effort to make same day delivery for priority orders. It is unlikely that orders received after 2.30pm will be mailed same day.
This option may be suspended from time to time as workload dictates.

Handling, packing and mailing costs for orders by telephone, fax and mail are charged at cost plus VAT regardless of order value

Signed for orders are insured upto the point of delivery signature. Please ensure that the parcel is complete and in good condition upon signature.
